  Debbie has been active in real estate since February of 2003. In 2006 Debbie was recognized by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors as a “Top Producer” with over $6 million in sales. In June of 2007 Debbie fulfilled the education requirements for Brokerage licensure. She also has experience working with new home Builders and knowledge of land development and new home construction. Debbie’s professional background spans an assortment of employers beginning with providing administrative support to a Maj. General of the USAF in the Pentagon to Human Resource work, Meeting Planning and eventually a Technology Analyst in a non-profit organization in Washington D.C. After moving to Fauquier County and the daily commute facing her Debbie then decided to run her own business in web design and development from her home office.  Debbie now owns and manages a rental property management company - GPRES - Greater Piedmont Real Estate Services. GPRES is a successful full service rental property management company serving Fauquier and surrounding counties.
Debbie has lived in Fauquier County since 1998. She loves the community and cares for the people who will live in the area with her and her family. |
