  Harms Realty was established in 1996 by Tom Harms, a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force. Tom served 27 years in the military as a communications and computer officer. During this period, Tom was the commanding officer in three units covering seven years. Tom retired in 1992 at Andrews AFB, MD serving as the commander of the 89th Communications Group. His education includes, BS in Economics (Univ. of Illinois), MA in Business (Univ. of N. Colorado) along with numerous real estate training programs culminating with 180 hours of brokerage, finance, law, and appraisal. As the sole proprietor broker at Harms Realty, Tom brings to the real estate business the same professionalism, integrity and commitment exhibited during his years of military service.
